Our Farms
Our farms are spread across the country from East to West, in various regions such as Kandahar, Helmand, Kabul, Herat, Uruzgan, Zabul, Samangan, Kapisa, Ghazni and Nimroz. We represent independent farmers from nearly every corner of Afghanistan, uniting them in the shared vision upon which Mira Farms was inspired.
Mira products are handpicked and when needed, dried daily on the farm, making sure all their goodness stays intact. All our farmers work the land tirelessly to provide you with exceptional dried fruits, nuts and spice. They take immense pride in their work and the naturally grown produce of their land.

Agriculture is an integral part of the Afghan history and cultural identity. The practice was however significantly disrupted by decades of armed conflict, that charred the land and plunged its people into darkness. Today once again flowers of saffron, almonds, pistachios, figs and walnuts rise from the fertile Afghan soil. These flowers of hope sustain livelihoods and transform every aspect of society, including the dynamics between men and women.
