A Guide to delicious Dishes

With the aim to deliver continuous exquisite products that add delicious taste to every dish, Mira Farms collaborated with one of UAE’s great cooks to guide you through different steps of getting the perfect dish for Ramadan. 

Over the past couple of years, Mira Farms was able to deliver exceptional taste through its crunchy nuts and sun dried fruits that have left a significant impact on the people who were introduced to the products. Not only has Mira Farms delivered tasty organic snacks, and products; it has also proven that a business can succeed while empowering, supporting and helping underprivileged communities. 

During the holy month of Ramadan, Mira Farms has focused on working on the main goal which is the joy of giving; in that aspect, Mira Farms collaborated with one of UAE’s best cooking influencers, Fatma Saifan in order to grant one person the opportunity to win a snacks’ box while showing them how they can use different ingredients from Mira’s wide collection of nuts and dried fruits whether by adding them to their main dish, preparing snack bars, deserts and even for dips and drinks.

Collaborating with different influential people helps in building great relationships not only on a professional level, but also on a personal level with each and every one of the audience. It helped us understand what our loyal customers need, what they want, and what they prefer. Collaborating with Fatma has helped a lot of people to know more about Mira’s finest products and which item can be added to which dish, how they can be used, which pastries can be done using Mira’s nuts…etc.  

Within this collaboration, Fatma has introduced a new delicious dessert using different ingredients from Mira’s farms which are:

  1. Pistachios 
  2. Almonds
  3. Dried apricots 
  4. Saffron 

She made Saffron custard, pudding topped with crunchy filo and baklava using Mira’s finest nuts. After posting the preparation video, the audience were left to guess the dish in order to enter the giveaway. It was heartwarming to see people interacting and engaging with each other on the post. 

Every collaboration holds a significant message behind it; it is not about growing a business, it is about  understanding the customers, building relationships, building trust and offering value to each and every customer.
